EPA 环保胶粉（E0 型）
A modified biomass resin powder for multilayer plywood and interior decorative panels. The adhesive formulation has no added formaldehyde and is mixed on site with water and flour. Two mixing ratios are available for different indoor applications.
用于人造多层板及室内装饰板的改性生物质树脂胶粉，配方生产中不添加甲醛。使用时与水、面粉调配，可根据室内使用环境选择不同配比。

Mixing / 调胶
Powder : water : flour = 1 : 3 : 2 for humid interior applications. Powder : water : flour = 1 : 5 : 4 for standard indoor furniture panels. Suggested glue viscosity: 3,500–4,800 cP. 胶粉∶水∶面粉：潮湿室内应用为 1∶3∶2；普通室内家具板为 1∶5∶4。
Application / 使用
Mix with water at 15–30°C. Slowly add powder while stirring, mix for about 10 minutes until smooth, then add flour and mix for about 5 minutes. Veneer moisture: 8–12%. Double-sided spread: about 220–250 g/m². Pre-press: 1.2–1.4 MPa for 30–60 minutes. Hot press: 120–130°C at 1.0–1.2 MPa; starting time about 1 minute per millimetre of panel thickness. Adjust to the wood species, panel construction and equipment.

Bond strength: ≥1.4 MPa. Storage period: 8–12 months at 25°C. Appearance: pale yellow powder. 胶接强度 ≥1.4 MPa；25°C 条件下存贮期 8–12 个月。
